Gin, vanilla cognac, Green Chartreuse, rosemary syrup, dill bitters, orange blossom water

Five harmonious flavours offering complexity, depth and sweetness. Undertones of juniper and pepper with aromatics of orange blossom.

OLD WORLD

Vanilla infused cognac, cacao bitters, patchouli syrup, caraway maraschino, Madeira, Islay Scotch

Aromatics of antique wood, soft smoke and untouched attic. The palate offers beautiful depth with lingering oak and roasted vanilla.
